Adding New Service Client

  1. On the end machine that you have designated to be the service client:
    1. Install the PrinterLogic client
    2. Navigate to your PrinterLogic URL
    3. Confirm that the self-service portal loads
  2. In the Admin Console:
    1. Select the parent folder for the Service Client object
    2. Click New > Service Client
    3. Type a service client name
    4. Enter IP address or hostname of service client computer
    5. Click "Add Service Client"
    6. Click "Reauthorize"
  3. On the service client machine, refresh the client configurations
    1. Right-click on the icon in the system tray
    2. Select "Refresh Configurations"
