Reset POS Terminal

Step 1. Hold Green button down for 5-10 seconds until screen turns back on

If the issue still persists after rebooting the pin pad, please submit a ticket to hbb.support@ymcahbb.ca including the following information:

  • Terminal ID - Serial on the back of pin pad starting with "P"
  • Time of error or time of failed transaction
  • Screenshot of the error received
  • image.png Cloud status colour (blue or black) — A blue cloud indicates the device is connected to Moneris. A black cloud indicates the device is not connected to Moneris.
  •  image.png Bidirectional arrows colour (grey or red)
