Receiving Unprompted Authentication Requests

1.      Visit https://mysignins.microsoft.com to view your sign in history

2.      Select the Recent activity tab

3.      Review these entries for any that look unfamiliar

4.      If you find one that doesn’t look like you logging in, Click Look Unfamiliar? Secure your account

5.      Click Next

6.      You should now be seeing your current Security Info detailing what Authentication methods have been set as well as when your password was last updated

7.      Please update your password

8.      Click Sign Out Everywhere so that your account will become fully secure

8.      Click Ok

You can now start to log back in to your account and should see a reduced number of authentication prompts to only when you're trying to access your account.
