Use Web Browser to Access Outlook on Phones
The use of Outlook for iOS and Android has been blocked due to licensing allowance.
To access your work email from your mobile device without a mail app, please use the web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) on your mobile device.
Log in at outlook.office.com
For easier access, you can also pin the link to your mobile device's home screen.
Android - Pin to Home Screen
Step 1 - Launch your web browser app (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)
Step 2 - Open the website you want to pin to your home screen, for example, outlook.office.com
Step 3 - Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap 'Add to Home Screen'
Step 4 - You'll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then your web browser will add it to your home screen.
iOS - Pin to Home Screen
Step 1 - Launch your web browser app (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Step 2 - Open the website you want to pin to your home screen, for example, outlook.office.com
Step 3 - Tap the Share icon and then tap 'Add to Home Screen'
Step 4 - You'll be able to change the name for the shortcut and then Click Add to add it to your home screen.
