Templates

Templates can be used to save frequently sent messages and allow for one click sending during message composition, they can be accessed through the Templates tab in the side bar navigation.

image.pngTemplates are grouped by Lists, and can be created by selection "+New Template"

New Template

Creation for a text message (SMS) is straightforward, and only required a name to be set, a category assigned and the message text to be added.

Advanced Templates

Advanced templates can be created using fields related to the contact the message is being sent to. 

image.pngWhere the fields will automatically fill based on the contact information, as an example the above template would look like this when received.
