Step 1. Hold Green button down until screen turns back on

If after rebooting the error is still present, please submit a ticket to hbb.support@ymcahbb.ca including the following: 

    Terminal ID Time of transaction Error received image.png Cloud status colour (blue or black)

     image.png Bidirectional arrows colour (grey or red)
