Reset POS Terminal

Step 1. Hold Green button down for 5-10 seconds until screen turns back on

If after rebooting the error is still present, please submit a ticket to hbb.support@ymcahbb.ca including the following: 

  • Terminal ID
  • Time of transaction
  • Error received
  • image.png Cloud status colour (blue or black)
  •  image.png Bidirectional arrows colour (grey or red)
