Clearing Teams Cache - Comp Portal
Step 1: TypeOpen settingsCompany inPortal by clicking the searchstart box,menu and then selectselecting the Settings app from the results.following.
Step 2: SelectSign Appsin >if Installedrequested. apps,The andfollowing thenhome typepage Microsoftwill appear. If the HBB-Clear Teams inCache doesn't appear, use the search box.box to find it. Click HBB-Clear Teams Cache
Step 3: LocateClick Install. The Teams application will close and reset. Please open the Newapplication Microsoftafter Teams30 app from the results, select the More options button (...) on the right, and then select Advanced options.seconds.
Step 4: In the Reset section, select Reset.
