Clearing Teams Cache - Comp Portal

Step 1: Open Company Portal by clicking the start menu and selecting the following.

Step 2: Sign in if requested. The following home page will appear. If the HBB-Clear Teams Cache doesn't appear, use the search box to find it. Click HBB-Clear Teams Cache

Step 3: Click Install. The Teams application will close and reset. Please open the application after 30 seconds.
